Orders received before 1PM EST are guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be given every effort to make sure they still ship the same day, but are not guaranteed to.

• Minimum order of $50 to qualify for Free Shipping.
• Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Military Addresses do not qualify for free delivery.
• Excludes snowboards, surfboards, paddleboards, kayaks, roller skates and some oversized Thule rack systems.
• No promotion code necessary to get free shipping.
• This promotion is only good for items on our online store. 
• Expedited orders and shipments outside of the continental US are subject to additional shipping rates when necessary.

Signatures are required for the delivery of the following orders:

• Orders over $125.00
• All first time Next Day Air orders.
• All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses.
• UPS will not deliver a box that is signature required without someone being available to sign for the package. If this is a problem give us a call when placing your order.
• Some orders may require verification and subject to delay.
